Martha asks employees to show the actual work before naming the solution. She measures the things that change the day: reach, force, repetition, line of sight, standing tolerance, foot support, hand position, and the awkward moment everyone has learned to hurry through.

Recommendations are vendor-neutral. Martha does not take commissions from furniture, chair, desk, tool, mat, or brace sellers. If the practical answer is a small adjustment rather than a purchase, the report will not pretend otherwise.
